Jessica Nuremberg is the co-founder of The Marketer’s Collective, a platform that champions open dialogue and collaboration among today’s leading marketing minds. At Maximum Effort—Ryan Reynolds’ creative agency—she plays a key role on the partnerships team, helping brands connect with culture through bold, story-driven marketing.

Over the past 20 years, she’s held strategic roles at Fortune 500s and startups alike—including Highsnobiety, Condé Nast, Food Network, and Viacom—and has helped shape breakthrough partnerships for brands such as Crocs, Netflix, Amazon, Adidas, Equinox, Amex, PepsiCo, and more. A single mother by choice, Jessica is passionate about advocating for women navigating motherhood and their careers on their own terms.
