Steven Jones '21 Contributor Since 2021

Steven Jones is CFO of Paso Robles based Rabbit Ridge Winery & Vineyards, a title he has held since October 2020.  When he became attracted to the wine industry, Jones made every effort to learn about its nuances before venturing into it, including taking sales positions with wine companies as well as studying to become a sommelier. In addition to his senior management role with Rabbit Ridge Winery, he is also Owner of Jones Wine Consulting which he established in 2016 and is dedicated to representing the business interests of small to mid-sized Sustainable and Environmentally conscious Vintners.  His consultancy assists in mergers, acquisitions, product development, sales, branding, business organization, capital restructuring, capital fundraising and investment opportunities. At the same time, Jones serves as Managing Partner of Wine Resources LLC, a post he has held since 2017 and as Managing Director of Humanity Wines, beginning this assignment in 2016. Humanity Wine Company is dedicated to the premise of leveraging the Global Economy for the Good of Mankind. We can make the world a better place, one bottle at a time. We seek to establish synergistic relationships with forward thinking non-profit organizations and donate up to 50% of company profits to charity every year.  From 2009 to 2016, Jones served as Vice President and General Manager of New Century Investment Group, a private equity fund dedicated to exceeding average market returns with safe and secure investments.
