Nathan Kadisha '25 C-Suite Advisor Since 2025

Nathan Kadisha is the founder and principal of K3, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm that owns and operates over thousands of multifamily units across the city’s infill neighborhoods. Since launching the company in 2016, he has led all aspects of the business, from acquisitions and renovations to asset management and long-term strategy. With a focus on value-add investments and a commitment to income-supported housing, Nathan has positioned K3 as a key player in tackling L.A.’s affordability crisis. Outside of work, he’s an avid endurance athlete, competing in Ironman races and triathlons around the world.
