Biography:
Max Kolomeyer spent over two decades working in investment management and private banking. He recently served as Vice President and Senior Private Banker for City National Bank and prior to that for Comerica and Wells Fargo. Kolomeyer specialized in comprehensive wealth management, wealth planning and investment management solutions for high-net-worth families, nonprofits and professional firms. He developed a unique understanding of complex commercial and residential real estate lending, enabling him to be a full balance sheet advisor to his clientele. In addition to an MBA in business finance, real estate and corporate finance, Kolomeyer holds his FINRA Series 7, Series 66 and CA State Life and Health Insurance licenses. He joined Forbix in 2021 as their director of investments and spearheaded doubling the company’s investment portfolio exceeding $500 million diversified across multifamily, shopping centers, luxury homes and express car washes. Kolomeyer also manages a robust private lending portfolio that incudes preferred and mezzanine financing for most of real estate assets classes.
