Guy Madmon has become a driving force in America’s fuel and travel center industry, building a nationwide network from scratch. With a relentless work ethic and 18 years of operational expertise, Madmon has built a career out of turning struggling assets into thriving businesses and finding opportunities where others see obstacles. Madmon’s leadership philosophy is rooted in operations and community.

During the economic crisis of 2008, Madmon recognized an opportunity built on necessity in the fuel industry. Together with a business associate, Yuval Amiel, Madmon made his first acquisition: a run-down gas station in New Jersey with a convenience store and deli, and laid the foundation for a partnership that would define his entrepreneurial journey and success. After running it for over a year, the duo rebuilt the business and became fixtures in the community.

By 2011, Madmon had scaled his operation to 33 gas stations across New Jersey, but when Hurricane Sandy hit the following year, 29 of those locations were destroyed. Rather than walking away, Madmon helped his community face the crisis. He sourced fuel from other states and used his surviving stations to serve first responders, emergency workers and families in need. His generosity earned him recognition from the state of New Jersey as an outstanding citizen for his brave efforts.

In 2014, Madmon moved back to his hometown of Las Vegas and founded LV Petroleum with Amiel. The business launched with a single shut-down gas station, just as they had done earlier in New Jersey. Within ten years, the company expanded to 28 gas stations, over 76 TA Travel Centers, and more than 176 quick-service restaurants that now span across the country.
