Recognized by her clients for her “razor-sharp legal mind” and her ability to offer “astute commercial advice,” Eva Davis co-chairs Winston & Strawn’s Global Private Equity Practice. Eva concentrates on U.S. and cross-border complex business transactions with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Eva has over 20 years of experience advising U.S. and global public and private companies, boards of directors and private equity funds in connection with their most significant transactional matters across a range of industries, including aerospace & defense, automotive, consumer products, energy, entertainment, financial services, industrials, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail, semiconductor, technology and telecommunication. Eva is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and ranked in Chambers USA. She graduated cum laude in 1990 from Harvard Law School and summa cum laude in 1987 from Duke University, where she double majored in Economics and Political Science and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
