Pardis Nasseri is the founder of Palm Tree, a consulting firm focused on M&A transactions, transitions and transformations. He has close to two decades of M&A, private equity, investment banking and consulting experience and has led or been involved in 75 successful M&A transactions representing $40 billion of value. Over the last several years, he has successfully transformed Palm Tree into its current form.
