Biography:

Joyce is a seasoned, award-winning Chef Concierge with over 22 years of luxury hotel experience at Five Star properties in both New York City and Beverly Hills. She was voted “Concierge of the Year 2021” for the second year in a row by the L.A. Concierge Association, where she serves as the Social Media Chair. With a career that started at the iconic Waldorf Astoria in New York City, Joyce has worked for The Peninsula Hotels, Dorchester Collection, Four Seasons, Montage International and most recently as part of the pre-opening team for the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills in 2017, which earned its Forbes Five Star rating in its first year. Joyce is passionate about hospitality, travel and food and enjoys exploring LA’s diverse culinary offerings.
