Daryl Wizelman is a dynamic originator-focused senior mortgage banking executive whose background reflects over 34yrs of standout business leadership. His passion, direction & vision have been a transformative force at each of the organizations where he has served. At Cross Country Mortgage, he leads, manages and recruits loan originators and support staff.

Daryl possesses an exceptional talent for developing people and organizations alike. He has an accomplished record in strategic planning, operations improvement, business growth and cultural leadership. Whether starting up a business, accelerating its growth or taking it in a new direction, Daryl is a driving presence in every endeavor.

Over the course of his career, Daryl has served at several regional and national lenders. From 1990 to 2007, he owned and operated his own financial services company that employed 550 people and generated $3 billion in gross volume with $60 million in annual revenue.

Daryl is a devoted father and husband. He resides in Calabasas, California with his wife, Dominique. They have three grown children. Daryl’s hobbies include spending time with his family, reading, working out, drumming, playing pickleball, traveling and racing his Pro Formula Mazda race car.
