Biography:
Shay Bolton began her commercial real estate career in the Los Angeles market and joined Savills Studley as Managing Director in April 2018. Shay previously was a Corporate Real Estate Consultant with CBRE where she specialized in office tenant and landlord representation, strategic planning, and global corporate services. She also represented tenants with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
Shay has landed coverage on tech startups and real estate in local and national web publications including The Real Deal, The Los Angeles Business Journal, Distillery Tech and Built in LA. Throughout her career, she launched numerous young professional organizations such as SPARK (a young professional group for the Women’s Chamber of Commerce); served on the board of The XX Project, and The W Source, and is an active member of several philanthropic organizations including The ALS Foundation, XLN Executive Leadership Network, Youth Business Alliance, and others. Shay was also named Rookie of the Year at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. During college at Arizona State University, she studied abroad with Archbishop Desmond Tutu through the University of Virginia’s Semester at Sea program.
