Prior to his co-founding of 3RC in 2005, Rob had 12 years of experience in operational finance and process analysis at Ford Motor Company, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Standish Consulting. Combining diverse functional experience with financial and technical expertise, Rob delves into the operational and financial details of both targets and portfolio companies for 3 Rivers Capital.
