Biography:
Elliott Broidy is an entrepreneur who, over a four-decade career, has founded, invested in, and in many cases managed as CEO more than 160 companies. He is Chairman and CEO of Broidy Capital Holdings, LLC.
Since 2014, Elliott Broidy has focused on technology businesses — including AI — across the defense intelligence, homeland security, public safety, and law enforcement sectors. He is Founder and Managing Partner of LEO Technologies Holdings, LLC, and serves as Chairman and CEO of Cynapse Holdings, LLC.
Earlier in his career, Broidy served as a Managing Director at Bell Enterprises from 1982 to 1991, where he worked across a wide range of investments including marketable securities, real estate, private equity, and other alternative investments. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Elliott Broidy has maintained a longstanding commitment to public service and philanthropy, with a focus on strengthening the United States and the State of Israel. He was appointed by Secretary Michael Chertoff to the United States Homeland Security Advisory Council, served on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Police Foundation, and was appointed by the President to serve on the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.
He currently serves as Chairman of Event Solutions International, Inc. (ESI Holdings, Inc.) and sits on the Board of Directors of Foley Timber and Land Company, L.P. and Vantis Capital Management LLC. He is a Trustee of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and previously served as a Commissioner of the Los Angeles City Fire and Police Pension Fund.
Elliott Broidy is a recipient of the Raoul Wallenberg Award and has been honored by the Israel-American Chamber of Commerce and the American-Israel Friendship League. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Elliott Broidy also serves on a variety of Boards and Committees of his alma mater, The University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He served on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is awarded with “The Raoul Wallenberg Award.” Mr. Elliott Broidy is a qualified C.P.A. He received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California.
