Biography:
Ari Stiegler is the CEO and Co-Founder of Prism, a platform to originate loans against shareholder equity of Pre-IPO tech companies. He is also the Managing Partner of Flux Capital, a venture capital fund based in Los Angeles. To date, he has directed over $200M in transactions across venture capital, real estate, and direct investments for family offices. Previously, Ari was the founding CEO of TutorMe, a leading online tutoring platform with hundreds of thousands of students nationwide. TutorMe was acquired by Zovio (Nasdaq: ZVO) in 2019. He also co-founded LVL, a neo-bank hybrid providing FDIC insured bank accounts and cryptocurrency trading platform. Ari graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
