Biography:

ACG MEMBER OF DISTINCTION

Serving the community and leading an industry

How would you describe what you do?

I serve as outside general counsel for middle market companies and represent them in significant transactions such as M&A and PE investment. I have significant experience in working with branded consumer products companies as well as manufacturers & distributors.

How has ACG LA helped your career?

Many of my best referral sources (and friends) I met through ACG. Being President of the LA Chapter and on its board and the global board has helped me to continue to develop leadership skills. It also assists in getting deals done because oftentimes the counsel on the other side is also an ACG member and having that common denominator allows for friendly/professional negotiations.

What is your proudest achievement?

Watching my kids jump off a 50-foot high rock in the middle of Teton National Park into a freezing cold lake. It took a tremendous amount of courage. The best part was seeing each of their self-confidence grow as a result which they have translated into many other aspects of their lives.
