Biography:
Tom Schulte was the managing partner of RBZ from July 1997 through June 2007 and stepped down to devote time to his family. During his tenure, RBZ tripled its size in revenues and professional staff. Tom is now devoted full-time to being partner-in-charge of the firm’s Nonprofit Practice Group, which he began in 1992 when he joined RBZ (as of August 1, 2015, Armanino LLP). Tom currently serves on the LA County Library Strategic Plan Advisory Council, heads the audit committee for the Grammy Museum, is currently on the Board of Governors of UCLA Extension and is a former member of the Finance Committee of guidestar.org. From a corporate standpoint, he is a member of the Board of Directors and chairs the Audit Committee for both a NASDAQ-traded manufacturing company and an importer, both located in Southern California. Tom graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has been honored as the UCSB Accounting Alumnus of the Year.
