CEO and Founder | Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate

Rogers Healy, a native Texan, has lived in Dallas for the majority of his life. Before moving to Dallas, Rogers lived in Corpus Christi and San Antonio. Rogers and his family moved from South Texas to Dallas, in the early 1990s, so he and his sister could attend the Highland Park schools. Rogers instantly fell in love with everything Dallas had to offer, especially the beauty and uniqueness of the homes and neighborhoods.

After attending Highland Park High School, Rogers attended Southern Methodist University, where he found himself involved in numerous campus organizations.

Rogers was a staff writer for the SMU paper; the Daily Campus, a volunteer in Mustang Marathon, and a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. During college, he helped a local Dallas radio station raise over $650,000 for the Children’s Miracle Network.

“I was lucky to have attended a school that gave me so many opportunities to get involved. My leadership qualities were molded during my time at SMU.”

As an alumnus, Rogers loves giving back to the school that has given him so much. Rogers serves as a mentor to the Mustang 11, an elite group of freshman students, chosen every year as the campus’ newest leaders, is a member of the Young Alumni Board, the Mustang Club, and is a season ticket holder in football and basketball.

Rogers’ real estate career started in college. More than half of SMU’s students are from out of state, so the students constantly found themselves looking for someone to help them find a place to live.

“It is always rewarding helping friends find new places to live. I love being an ambassador for Dallas, it is a personal thrill for me. It was a natural fit to enter the world of real estate. I haven’t looked back since.”

For several years, Rogers had the good fortune of being associated with some of the nation’s most respected real estate professionals. When the time was right, he started pursuing his dream of owning his own real estate business.

Rogers Healy and Associates Residential Real Estate was formed in 2007. The business has been built by taking a non traditional approach, to a traditional business.

“Being able to mentor and manage, based on what I truly love about real estate has been the biggest thrill of being a business owner. Our success as a company has been attributed to working among people I have the utmost respect and admiration for.”

Rogers’ dedication to clients’ needs, coupled with a passion for his business, has formed a great relationship.

Rogers’ vision is to make his company a one stop shop for all things residential real estate.

In 2009, Rogers was named one of the Top 30 Realtors in the country, under the age of 30, by Realtor magazine. In the same year, he was invited to be a part of the National Association of Realtor’s YPN Advisory Board. in 2009, Rogers was named a finalist for NAR’s Pioneer Award.
