John Schweisberger brings over 30 years of experience to his role as RBZ’s CEO. John’s primary responsibilities include establishing the firm’s long-term vision, defining the path to sustainable and profitable growth, maximizing the firm’s competitive market position and leading the firm to the next level of excellence. As the firm’s first CEO, he serves as the ambassador of the RBZ brand and steward of the unique RBZ culture and values. John brings a rare combination of strategic, operational and technology consulting skills to RBZ. Over the course of his career, John has worked closely with dozens of clients in a variety of industries including media & entertainment, consumer products, retail, financial services, industrial manufacturing, aerospace & defense, utilities, and health care. John earned his MBA in Strategy and Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and completed his B.S. in Marketing/Advertising at Indiana University.
