Anasia Obioha, Ed.D. Is the owner of Empress Coaching and Consulting. She specializes in empowering women leaders to maximize their earning potential, brand themselves, and transition from mid-level to executive leadership. She has more than 15 years of corporate communications and learning and development experience in healthcare, education, and finance.

Additionally, Anasia is an adjunct instructor at UCLA Extension where she teaches the Fundamentals of Public Relations.

Anasia holds a A Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in organizational change and leadership from University of Southern California, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Woodbury University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in journalism from Michigan State University.
