Vespertine’s home dining program Vespertine – At Home has returned for the spring, bringing New York City’s famed Eleven Madison Park to the west coast. Chef Jordan Kahn created a menu based on chef Daniel Humm’s creations, with dishes such as green circle chicken with black truffle and beets served with ricotta and strawberry.
Each meal goes for $115 per person, and there is a two-person minimum (delivery is available for another $40), available each Friday-Sunday for a limited time. The Culver City gastronomical restaurant–nestled in a four-level abstract space designed by Eric Owen Moss–has been awarded two Michelin stars.
