Biography:
Dr. Zhike Lei is Associate Professor of Applied Behavioral Science, Director of the Center for Applied Research, and Chair of the Applied Behavioral Science and Organization Theory and Management Department at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Dr. Lei research explores how organizations and teams adapt and learn in complex, time-pressured, consequence-laden situations. Her research work has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards and grants including those from the European Commission and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
