California’s 34th State Treasurer. She was elected on November 6, 2018 with more votes (7,825,587) than any other candidate for treasurer in the state’s history. She is the first woman of color and the first woman Certified Public Accountant (CPA) elected in the position. California is the world’s fifth largest economy and Treasurer Ma is the state’s primary banker.
Jim Freedman is a founding partner and chairman of Intrepid Investment Bankers, a specialty investment bank that provides M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory services to middle-market companies across various industry sectors. He has more than 35 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience and is an expert on the financial aspects of corporate strategy.
Mark Williams is Chief Revenue Officer, Americas at Datasite, a position he has held since 2015. In his role, Mark is responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy across the region, including leading over 130 sales representatives and sales leaders across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Prior to joining Datasite, Market held several sales leadership roles in a variety of SaaS companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at SmartFocus, a cloud-based digital marketing platform provider.
Andrew Horowitz is Private Wealth Advisor at The Horowitz Group of Rockefeller Capital Management. Andy began his career by cleaning barnacles off boats at age 13. By his early 20’s he had built his business into a marine hardware manufacturing company that served major national accounts. He sold that business at age 25. Intrigued with the financial aspects of his business endeavors, Andy immediately established himself in the financial services industry by joining a prominent municipal bond firm in Beverly Hills, California.
