Mary Jobb joined The Broadmoor in 2024 as Executive Director of Sales, bringing more than 30 years of hospitality leadership experience and a proven track record of driving results across luxury and large‑scale resort environments. Known for her strategic approach to target setting and revenue growth, Jobb has consistently delivered strong sales performance through innovative programs and collaborative leadership.  Throughout her career, Jobb has demonstrated deep expertise in group sales and revenue optimization. Prior to joining The Broadmoor, during her tenure with Hilton Worldwide, Jobb, held the role of Senior Regional Director of Sales for seven years, supporting hotels across the East Coast and Canada, also holding senior sales leadership roles at The Diplomat Beach Resort, as well as Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando complex.  Earlier in her career she was part of LXR, Luxury Resorts & Hotels, where she played an integral role in building and strengthening the organization’s sales platform. Jobb is drawn to the unique appeal of Colorado Springs and the opportunity to represent a destination known for its natural beauty, rich heritage, and world‑class hospitality. Over the past two years, her leadership has contributed to the continued development of a high‑performing sales team and the resort’s ongoing success.  With her depth of experience and strategic leadership, Mary Jobb continues to play an important role in advancing The Broadmoor’s sales initiatives and reinforcing its position as one of the world’s premier luxury resort and meetings destinations.
